Basically take off the nut holding the driver, slide out the driver, use a flat screwdriver or somthing to lift the rubber seal out, then just get rid of all the grease and you will see 6 little R shaped springs, bend them outwards so they are more open, youll understand it better once your inside it, then just put it back together and it will be deafening XD ive got sick of it being so loud now after a few months so ive just put some grease back into it
